2025 ICAO EUR/NAT Workshop on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women in Aviation

The 2025 ICAO EUR/NAT Workshop on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women aims to bring together stakeholders from across the EUR/NAT area to share experiences and best practices on mentoring and other initiatives that empower women in aviation.
The agenda will feature keynote speeches to inspire young women, interactive sessions on mentoring, and success stories from aviation organizations that highlight effective policies and practices that have advanced gender equality. It will also serve as an inspiring platform to mark the International Women's Day and reaffirm our shared commitment to advancing gender equality in aviation.
