About the Event:
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in cooperation with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), will convene a Symposium on Low Cost Carriers in Beijing, China on 5-6 November 2013.
Under the theme "Development and Future of Low Cost Carriers in China", this Symposium will provide a forum for government policy makers, regulators, the airline industry and other interested stakeholders to review and exchange on trends as well as developments of low cost carriers (LCCs) in emerging markets like China. Other topics include: issues relating to policy making; regulatory practices; business models and strategies; infrastructure needs and consumer interests.
